La MacBU, divisione di Microsoft che sviluppa i software per Mac, ha reso finalmente disponibile Messenger per Mac 7.0.2.
In questa versione (build 7.0.2) non sono state apportate novità, ma è stata migliorata la qualità audio delle conversazioni Microsoft Office Communicator 2007 R2, ed ottimizzata per Mac basati su PowerPC e Intel.
La videoconferenza per adesso è riservata solo ad accout aziendali, ma sarà presto rilasciata durante il 2009.
